I liked the sitcom that Sherman Helmsley starred in after The Jefferson's-forget what it was called-he was funny as hell. Miami Vice was my favorite overall show in the 80.

Also, if you want a cool 80's flashback, rent the movie BlownAway-the one w/ Nicole Eggert-not the one w/ Tommy Lee Jones. Nicole is naked for 3/4 of the movie and-in a great 80's moment-boinks BOTH Corey Feldman and Corey Haim in the same movie.

never saw the movie, never will, but damn if i don't still got stills of that movie on my hard drive safely tucked away somewhere.

I didn't watch too much TV in the ai80's. I can only name a few sitcoms because i saw them at friend's house. But as a gen x kid who lived the gen x meme in the 70's, drinking from hoses, playing outside until the street lights came on, the one show that we all watched together as a family was Kolchak The Night Stalker. I can still remember playing outside and my mother calling from the front door to come in, Kolchak was on. Another family memory was watching The Little Rascals and The Three Stooges on UHF, channel 52.
