Fantasy Football Question (need help ASAP)

I've been using spot starters on D. Tennessee smoked Buffalo a few weeks back, same with SD vs KC two weeks ago. They were surprisingly useless vs the Browns (4 pts).

My current D: SD vs DAL

Available: TEN vs STL, ARI vs SF

WAS vs OAK was also available, but I'm not touching that one with the playoffs on the line.

p.s. pulled it out (barring a 20 pt night from Baltimore's D), even without Meachem. White & Holmes were beasts,, and Boldin is getting healthy at the right time. I won't be terrified to start 4 wrs next week if Deangelo can't go.

I need that 20 point night from them.

I've got a 1 point lead with Ravens D vs. Greg Jennings. Or I could switch it up and go Packers D vs. Greg Jennings. Not sure it will matter. :(

Reggie Wayne and AD killed me today. Awful time for low production from them.

Packers D and it's not close imo. They've been very opportunistic & BAL has been inconsistent. OTOH, Baltimore's D is a shell of their former selves and GB has the tools to beat them many ways.

Also, when in doubt, I'd say go with the team against the Rams. They average only about 11.6 points/game and give up around 2 sacks and to top it off- they have Kyle Boller as their QB. Stephen Jackson is their only player. Titans are 8th in run D and at home.

i got a problem, i dont know who to start today between peyton manning, kurt warner, and matt schaub. all of them are projected with around 35 points in my league. my gut says manning just because he is peyton manning, but i kind of want to go with warner. the only problem i have with starting peyton this week is that he might be taken out early in the second half and i need a qb to put up points the whole game this week. any suggestions?

I'd go with Manning. There is big upside to Kurt, but there is also risk... he steps up in big games, but is also known to flop and throw 4 picks in some. As a Cardinals fan, I never fully trust him... plus the 49ers always give us a tough game. I'm not sure that Peyton will be pulled, Denver will put up a battle. As with Schaub, he's great, but it would be hard to play him over Peyton. All just my opinion though.

Wow, starBUCKS is a Cards fan, so I'll defer to him, but I'd look at Warner. Yes, it's very true that for some reason the 49ers seem to have the Cards number on many occasions, but their pass D is also ranked 27th. Manning has been subpar recently and Shaub is totally unpredictable. That's a toughie.
