It's hard to sit Diggs, especially with Cooper being somewhat streaky, but Cooper should have the better matchup. In regards to Flex, Houston has been stout against the run, but again, it's hard to sit Chubb lol.

Welp....my decisions just got a lot less important. I'm playing the guy who is 1 game up in the division. There's 3 of us tied for 2nd. If I don't win, tie breakers mean I'm out of the playoffs. If I do win, I'm tied for first with the most points scored by over 100.....but tie breakers would put me in as the last seed.

The guy I'm playing has built his season on the backs of Melvin Gordon and Kareem Hunt. I feel pretty good about a win.

Sorry I missed it, I probably would have gone with the same thing. Coop having that huge game is an aberration as of right now. As of today the Brownies are leaning on Chubb and Diggs is the the Vikes #1 so... you did ight.

edit: Obviously I had MT going, but my opponent had Breesy. So his QB doesn't get his typical 30 + points. Even though I didn't get much from Mike, I feel like that in and of itself is a win for me this week.

That's a pretty excellent replacement. I'm looking at the same thing, but already have Moore in my starting 3. I have MVS as my only WR replacement.....but his poopiness lately + the bad weather means I'm probably going to roll with C Conley from KC. Hopefully the Hunt mess keeps the game a little bit closer for a little bit longer and they're still throwing after halftime.

Well.

Last week I would have beaten all but 3 teams, and lost by 2. That forced me into a win and tie for first in the division or lose and miss the playoffs.

I'm now up by 11 to the guy who had Melvin Gordon and Kareem Hunt. He also has Golden Tate and the Eagle's D. So I'm going to fucking lose. To the guy who lost Melvin Gordon and Kareem Hunt. I'm going to score 100+ more points than anybody else in my division. I'm going to have the 3rd highest points scored for the season. I'm going to outscore all but 3 teams this week. I'm going to lose. I'm going to miss the playoffs.

This is the 3rd straight year I've been completely fucked with bullshit luck and random scheduling. You'd think eventually that shit would even out. But, no. Not for me. The person who puts more time and energy into fantasy football than anybody in this league by a wide margin. Fuck me.

Edit: shit. I’m only actually up by 9.

God dammit. I can't even focus on work I'm so pissed off. I compared schedules for the other 3 teams that are any good.

Me vs ____'s schedule:
#1 seed 11-2 Team A = 10-3
#2 seed 9-4 Team B = 8-5
#3 seed 10-3 Team C = 10-3

_____ vs my schedule (I'll be 7-6):
#1 seed 11-2 Team A = 6-7
#2 seed 9-4 Team B = 7-6
#3 seed 10-3 Team C = 7-6

I couldn't help myself. I had to check the one other guy who is 9-3 (about to be 9-4). I didn't check him the first time, because his team sucks but is somehow winning. He's a huge Maryland homer and had 7 Ravens on his team at one point. Like.....I can think of 6 roster-able Chiefs if you count kickers and D. 7 for the Rams. Maybe 6 for the Saints at any given time. From the fucking Ravens? I don't even understand.

So I check his schedule. 9-4. Going to the playoffs. I would've been 11-2, with losses to Team's A and C from above. Better....but whatever. And here's what I shouldn't have done. I shouldn't have looked at what he would have done against MY schedule. Because he's 9-4. He can't be much worse than those other three, right? He still has a good enough team to at least have earned a playoff spot, right? It CAN'T just be all dumb fuck luck scheduling, right?

His fucking 9-4 team would be THREE AND GOD DAMN FUCKING TEN.

I made the playoffs in a league where I want 6-7 because I was the second highest scoring team in the league. I lost 4 weeks by a total of less than 5 points, including by 0.17 to the first place guy last night (fuck you, Ertz).

Figured I was dead but have a chance for redemption. I just don't have Melvin Gordon now. I may have to flex both of his back ups against the Bengals this week.
