:smash: 0-4 on waiver wire claims.... looks like i'm riding the Romo/Witten shit show for a while... Geno & Carr are still available.. question is .. i'm now #4 on waiver wire... do i waste that spot on one of those guys...

Guy in my pay league went all holier than thou. Dropped AP, posted on the message boards that "he's a horrible person, and he's now on the waiver wire".
Douche bag B chimes in "likewise, fantasy ain't that important".

Me, in my sarcastic asshole way, places my claim. Then posts :"Fantasy is everything, See you bitches in the Shiva... oh wait".

AP voluntarily went on exempt status. He's now being paid to not play. There's no way you use a waiver claim on him. I don't know what fantasy site you guys use, but suspended players are ineligible for ir spots in Amy league I've ever done.

Yep. I also appreciate my statement. That I'm pretty much a scumbag and want to win this money. So... oh well.

Anyway, lets talk DEF. My choices consist of Arizona vs San Fran. Which I think I like given Kaep's inability to throw and the fact I already have them. -or-
I could go with Detroit's vs GB @ home with Bulaga likely out still for Green Bay. Sleeper option, Miami at home vs KC. That pass rush is nasty.

edit: Another one I hadn't considered. Buffalo vs San Diego at home. Bolts have to go across country, playing in "cold" weather after a huge win. Trap game?

Ari ... no reason to go with Det... Rodgers will light them up... sleeper options are sleepers...

but then again .. i'm 0-2 :)

1. You never trust a Detroit lions defense, ever.

2. Buffalo is sneaky good on defense but for some reason they just worry me.

3. Zona is the obvious choice. SF didn't set the world on fire against a bad Chicago d. And if Stanton starts again zona will run a ton and shorten the game.

I thought I saw on the guy in our league's team that he had an asterisk next to his name, meaning he could be moved to the IR. I just checked again and he does not.

Same guy also has Josh Gordon. I'm going to suggest he picks up Ray Rice while he's at it.

Everyone in the world will pick up Gordon after week 4, with there being a ton of byes that week. So you might have to grab and stash him now. Maybe week 5.

I stupidly told the guy my plan to save my #1 wavier pick until it's announced that he's going to be back. He went and picked him up the next day.

I'd be surprised if there are leagues that Gordon is available in right now.

after reading this, I went and checked my 4 leagues add/drop section. Sure enough, in one of my money leagues, a guy dropped AP. He doesn't clear for a couple days, but I put in the request anyway. Have to wait and see. I'm 4th on the waiver wire list, but in a league where you only start two RB's and NO FLEX, that would give me AP and Shady McCoy.
