The first list is athletes, the second is teams.
Something I find very suspect is that the 2001 Miami Hurricanes made the list despite our kicking their ass all over the field the following year.
The 1995 Nebraska team was the best College football team I remember seeing, so I understand that one.
1991 Miami Hurricanes, I also thought was a weak pick.
1994 Penn State would have been a good pick.
1989 Notre Dame Fighting Irish would have been a good pick.
I also was disappointed with the idea of two Womens Basketball teams being ranked as high as they were, give me a break.
Finally an East cost company picks the Yankees? Shocking. What a load of bull. The Bulls were the best team of all time imo, and I hate the Bulls, and Jordan because they always won.
What is also surpising is Indiana's Undefeated National Champion didn't make the list, unless they were too old, (for some reason I am pretty sure that they wern't) Why not them?
