"There are a lot of strong players, a lot of athletes (who signed with OSU)," said Haw, who is one of eight players from the City League to sign with Division I schools. Coffman had three players sign with Division I or Division I-AA schools to give it 19 players in the past eight years to commit to that level. Haw (as well as Pittman) has a fantastic opportunity staring at him right now. Here is hoping that both of these young men inherit Claret's work ethic and hit the gym hard this offseason with sights set on playing time for the 2004 season.
