Baseball: Sophomore catcher Eric Fryer has been honored by the league as the co-Big Ten Player of the Week. Fryer went 10-22 from the plate (.455) in five games last week, racking up six RBI and six runs scored. He now has 34 hits and three home runs while batting .398 for the season.
In Big Ten play for the season, Eric Fryer leads the league in RBI (11) and is second in hits (12).
