Embedding Tweets

In case others are curious, it's a feature we tested last Summer, but the code wasn't ready for production use. It would break on phones and tablets when too many tweets were on one page, and the developer was non-responsive. It's something I want to bring to the site, but won't introduce something that isn't high quality.
