fucking great movie. I recommend it and Nine Queens (Nuevas Reinas in spanish). North Campus Video has them both.

I can't recommend this movie enough. I really like In The Mood for Love which is a movie a lot of people may not like but this a movie anyone would enjoy.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll probably just buy it instead of getting it from North Campus Video, though, because I work at a DVD store. :tongue2:

Watch this movie, it's sub titled in Spanish but this a fucking great movie. Not some artsy esoteric foreign film.

This really is an actual really good movie with things like plot instead of CGI. Both of FB's movies are something that can apprecieted and enjoyed by someone who isn't a french foreign movie fan or some kind of cieniame snob.

I have added both movies to my list. After reading the plot for Nine Queens, I realized that was the same plot as 'Criminal' with John C. Reilly and Diego Luna from 2004. Sure enough, imdb lists Bielinsky as a writer on Criminal from the original screenplay for Queens.

I've been on a big foreign film kick lately, and if you are looking for a good crime caper, I recommend Rififi - very good. Also, though not necessarily a crime caper, Battle of Algiers is really good as well. I am sure I could come up with some more if I actually give it some thought.

You should really think about stopping at North Campus Video... pick up some porno and Whip-Its while you're there.
