It was that time of year again. A Solar Eclipse. For every Solar Eclipse, all of the world?s dragons will gather around a Mystic pool in an Island between two continents roughly the size of and in the same exact position as Australia and Antarctica. For every 10 years, from the Solar Eclipse, the Moon?s shadow will cross over the pool. The King or Queen of the dragons will stick the very tips of their tails into the water, and the water will cross through the dragon?s body, each vein and artery illuminated. The water will travel into the ground and crossover to the nearby dragons, eventually reaching every dragon. Then a vision in all of their minds will appear. That vision will be a brief view of the next decade, until the next Solar Eclipse will appear and a new vision will be seen.
This year was no different from the start. Several days before the Eclipse, every dragon prepared for the journey and left their Revived humans or human-like creatures to tend for their homes and animals, for long ago, Humans had fought among themselves for so much that they have driven themselves, and all of the other human-like creatures, such as the Elves, Faeries, Dwarves, etc., to extinction. And so, dragons, with the help of magic, gave life to the dead bodies and made them their immortal, yet weak and powerless, servants. And so, each dragon flies to The Future Island, as it is called. Once all of the dragons have arrived, the King came up to the pool, and, as of tradition, sticked the tip of his tail into the water. The water channeled through him, and all of the surrounding dragons. And they all saw what was to come in the next ten years.
What they saw was a burned field, littered with the aftermath of Battle. In fact, there was a battle raging. Dragon was fighting dragon, for reasons unknown, for they could only see, not hear. The gruesome sights continued, and all of the dragons were fidgeting uncomfortably. The final vision was that of a green field. Then, quite suddenly and unexpectedly, the vision cut off and the island was plunged into darkness. The only things visible were the glowing lines of criss-crossing water that illuminated the dragon?s bodies and ground, for the king still kept his tail in the water. Chaos broke out, and all of the dragons began to run around madly, panicking. Only very few dragons noticed that a body of white lines approached another body that belonged to the king, for the tip of the tail was not visible. The other body began to become taller and narrower, and then fell down rapidly. The King?s Veins and arteries stopped glowing, and so did everything else. But in a few seconds, the Moon passed and the Sun illuminated the Island once more. Everyone turned their attention to the pool.
Near the pool, the corpse of the king was lying. Roars and Screams rose throughout the crowd, and everyone began accusing everything. Fights broke out, which was eventually stopped, and everyone was sent home. But in a week, new fights were popping up around the world. These fights evolved into battles, which brought war. A war that was killing innocent dragons for no reason. Just as the vision showed, seemingly endless and bloody battles were raging. At the time this Story takes place, it is 7 years into the future from the day of the murder of the King.
But not only is the war to find the murderer, but a new reason was created: to find (the next Dragon ruler, the Queen. For the ruler has the special gift of controlling the four elements (see Races for more info.), and without her, the social and economic structure of the dragon world begins to fall. Of course, everybody knows that a war is very unlikely to find the next Queen, but nobody bothered to point that out. The only two things known are that since the last leader was male, the next is female and since he was an air dragon, the next is a water.

Races:
There are 4 different dragon races, but below is a list of things that all dragons share:
Height: Up to 100ft.
Life span: Up to 10,000 years
Weight: 15 tons max.
Males: Longer horns, talons and spikes
Females: Greater in size
Air Dragons: True masters of Air, they have the ability to control Air, Climate, Hurricanes and Tornadoes. They are Master Magicians and clever above average, but cannot use magic to enhance their manipulative power. Their personalities are free and fun-loving like the wind, but strong and powerful when angered. They live in the northern regions, on top of the tallest mountains. Breaths Yellow-Orange fire, the second weakest flame. Best Fliers. Colors: White- Tan-Light Brown. Horn colors: White or Light Brown.
Earth Dragons: True masters of Earth, they have the ability to control Earth, Sand and Metal. Master Magicians and blacksmiths, they cannot use magic to enhance their manipulative power. Their personalities are stable and kind, though rough and destructive when angry. They live in the eastern regions, inside mountains. Breaths Yellow-Blue fire, the second strongest flame. Best Diggers. Colors: Medium Brown- all shades of Green-Black. Horn Colors: Brown or Black.
Fire Dragons: True masters of Fire, they have the ability to control Fire, Lightning and Lava. Master Magicians and warriors, they cannot use magic to enhance their manipulative power. Their personalities are Fiery and unpredictable, but honest and warm- hearted as well. They live in the western regions, inside volcanoes .Breaths White Fire, the strongest flame. Strongest Fire breath, as stated. Colors: Black-all shades of Red- All shades of Yellow- All shades of Orange. Horn colors: Black or Red or Yellow or Orange
Water Dragons: True masters of Water, they have the ability to control Water, Ice, Steam, Mist, Plants, and Animals. Master Magicians and more agile and accurate then normal, they cannot use magic to enhance their manipulative power. Their personalities are true and caring, but they have occasional mood swings. They live in the southern regions, in the deepest ocean. Breaths Red fire, the weakest flame. Best swimmers. Colors: White-Silver- all shades of Blue-Teal. Horn Colors: White, Silver, Blue or Teal.
An additional note: Water and Air dragons are allied and are fighting against the Earth and Fire dragons, and vice versa. While the Fire and Earth Alliance have better Warriors and Weapons, The Cleverness, Agility and Accuracy of the Water and Air alliance are hard to beat.
