U.S. egg prices increased again last month to reach a new record-high of $6.23 per dozen despite President Donald Trump’s predictions, a drop in wholesale prices and no egg farms having bird flu outbreaks.

So, wholesale prices dropped, but retail prices did not. It will be interesting to see what the old Easter season does with April numbers.

Gotta recoup the losses from when retailers were selling them at cost

Well shoot! Got 200,000 dozen in my garage waiting for the price to go to $12/dozen. Guess it's time to liquidate.
