We went Saturday night. There was a 2+ hour wait but we stumbled into a bar table (open sitting) and had a drink in our hands 10 minutes after we walked in the door. The food was amazing, we had the popcorn shrimp as an app it actually looked like shrimp no balls of something like you get at National Chain seafood places. The presentation was cool and it tasting amazing. It is served with lime dip to balance out the hot. My hubby got the seared peppercorn crusted ahi tuna, and he would get it again in a heartbeat. I got ribs, it was a full rack had to bring them home. yummy!! The cocktail and beer menu was nice. Loved how many of the names and descriptions are football related. I had a martini with Gator-ade in it, and then another one called the red zone with hot damn but it was way to cinnamon-y for full consumption. Gonna have to go back and drink the other 25 of them on the list. The place is gonna be rockin' when the weather gets warm. The front has a huge glass overhead door that the server told us would open up for outside seating. Can't wait. Thanks Eddie for giving Cols. something new and fun.
