EASPORTSWORLD Highlight Videos

I am sure I could figure it out (I'm lazy). But how do you go about uploading them? Or how do you get them from a saved file on PS3, to on your computer.

sorry, I don't mess around with this a whole lot, but got a video I want to sahre with BN27.

You go into replay in FIFA and then you push Y to upload it to EASPORTSWORLD.com and it shows up on there then copy the link. On NCAA, you have to go into the Game Highlights, then save the play while in the pause menu. It will then go to your profile videos (from the main menu) and from there you upload it to EASPORTSWORLD.com, and copy the link etc...
