Dunk Contest

Glad to see Gerald Green finally step-aside for the more deserving Dwight Howard, who got screwed last year on his 12'6" sticker dunk.

The last dunk was only good, but the first 3 were outstanding.

The birthday cake dunk was creative, but beyond that, all Gerald does is a circular dunk (w/ or w/out going thru legs)... as he did last year.

Love the bar they've set moving forward in terms of creativity.

That superman dunk is hard for me to get excited about because it really wasn't a dunk. He threw it in from like 2 feet away. It was closer to a hook shot than a dunk. Still, it was pretty fun and imaginative. First great dunk contest since the one Vince Carter won.

after further review, all of those guys can elevate. all the talk about the dunk contest, the reality is the superstars no longer do it, thats why its fizzled of late...

I'd really love to see LeBron compete next year. Stuff like LeBron vs. Howard would make things a lot more interesting.

Don't get your hopes up...But I agree something like that would have break records in terms of viewers...

Nah- it won't happen. Just saying it'd be fun to throw in Kobe- LeBron- Howard- Wade and the rest of the big names. Make for a much more interesting and creative session. Plus the average NBA viewer would know more than 2 names.

Yup that 2 hander from the foul line was one of the top 5 I have seen all time in a dunk contest...I have honestly been surprised that no one else has ever done it...

Found more video of James White...He is one of the best dunk contest dunkers I have ever seen...Does a lot from the foul line...But this one has a between the legs from the line which is crazy...
