Agreed. But as a law enforcement officer, I can tell you that it is hard to know which 2 ounces will take you from a .07 to a .08. This charge will probably be reduced to wreckless operation.

After we finally have a guy capable of topping the 1,000 yard barrier, which has been more like an oasis for Browns RB's in the last 20 years. I love 'em to death, but it'd be just like the Browns to screw this one up too. Hopefully he plays the year out with no suspensions, b/c to me "legal limit" at .08 is like "speed limit" at 55. Would you get a speeding ticket for going 55? Then how can you get a DUI at .08?

Well the Browns should have a decent shot at getting Reggie Bush next year if that's any consolation. Maybe losing old Ruebs ain't such a bad idea.

As a BROWNS fan i've been staying away from b-dubbz on sundays this year... but i belive .08 is 1 beer.. the laws the law but that sucks
