Is there anyway we can all get together and beg Teddy to come back??? Does he have an email.

I really feel this could become Teddy's team next year and with a lot of wrs, rbs, oline, the whole defense (exceptDT) and spteams back we could be national title contenders again. Without Teddy we will be a grind it out offense with Wells and great defense and steams -- similar to 2002. Not sure that puts us to the top.

Never in my wildist dreams did I think TEddy should or would stay for 4 , but he's never really been featured to the extent of his potential. Next year he should play some qb and db in addition to everything else - he should constantly be touching the ball or playing the biggest decoy in history.

TED, COME ON BACK FOR ONE MORE YEAR--- DEMAND THE BALL FROM TRESSEL AND CHALLENGE FOR THE HEISMAN. GO TO THE NFL AS ONE OF THE TOP TALENTS TO EVER PLAY COLLEGE FOOTBALL not as a good wr with great speed.

There are no guarantee's -- ever -- but Teddy - YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPPEN. Get your A** back to OSU and be the best you can be!! And Coach --- free the reigns -- if Teddy comes back you use him any way you can -- SHOT GINN -- RB , WR, CB - - I don't care

And this injury crap is overated --- TAKE A COUNT -- WHAT'S THE % OF COLLEGE PLAYERS WHO HAVE THEIR CAREERS RUINED BY INJURY THEIR SENIOR YEAR ---- IS IT EVEN AS HIGH AS 2%???

THE UPSIDE FOR GINN AND OSU IF HE COMES BACK IS MUCH HIGHER THAN A FREAK HAPPENING THAT HE RUINS HIS NFL CAREER.

IF TEDDY COMES BACK HE'S GOING TO MAKE HIS NFL CAREER NOT RUIN IT - AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT I'D TELL HIM

NO GONZO, NO TROY NO PITT --- THIS IS HIS TEAM NEXT YEAR

If Tressel doesn't focus around Ginn next year , then he should go. But Teddy could be a huge star heading into the nfl in 08 instead of just another fast wr leaving early. I think the experience of being THE GUY will help Ted for the rest of his life and far outweighs the very small chance that he has a career threatening injury.

Its so easy to take the money and run, but in this particular case the money now will be far less than the great benefits for Teddy and OSU if he stays one more year. IT will be life changing for Teddy , IMO

Please tell me everybody talking about e-mailing him is joking. Could you imagine logging into your e-mail account and be bombarded by e-mails from a bunch of people you don't know asking you not to take the multi-million dollar payday so that they can sleep better at night? Come on folks, use your heads. Ted's gonna do what he thinks is best for Ted. I'm sure Ted Sr. and JT are giving him plenty of advice.

a) No offense, but it seems a little creepy to be emailing players to convince them to stay

b) You're assuming he hasn't made up his mind (many had reported he was going pro as early as last off-season barring injury or an awful season... similar to holmes before 2005).

c) Do you have Teddy's best interests at heart? I know I'd selfishly love for him to stay.

d) Will Teddy look as good with a less experienced QB at the helm? Besides Troy's accuracy, his ability to buy time means speed WRs like Teddy have a lot of time to get open.

a) You're asking him to be a selfish ball-hog.
b) If teddy is merely a good wr w/ speed right now, how is one year going to turn him into one of the greatest to ever play the game?

I agree 100%. Gonzo's heart was definately here, but he is going to graduate.

As much as I love these guys, we have some great young studs waiting in the wings. I look forward to seeing what Beanie can do as a feature back. I also want to see Ray Small and Dukes. Santonio Holmes mentioned Dukes when talking about the great receivers at tOSU in an interview the other day, really grabbed my attention. And consider those 2 will probably be behind Robo and Hartline on the depth chart. Anyways, always hate to see good players go.

You don't have to pass and IQ test to get a membership on a message board. I really appreciate the fact that JT and the Buckeye staff really sit down with each of their players and help them make the best decision. If JT is not selfish in "begging" the players to say, what place do we fans have to do so?

Fortunately they also prepare them for the onslaught of OSU fans via email, facebook, etc.
