I heard about it on the news today, so unless the news networks fucked up, it is a current story.

Its never smart to fire your most loyal seasoned workers in a retail environment. They will pay the price when people see no difference in customer service than they get in the dump that is Walmart.

Actually the original story that was posted was from 2003, not 2007......
