Nope, better means better, it doesn't have to mean good. You're talking about a team that won a championship with Trent Dilfer. I'd imagine they don't feel like they need a top flight quarterback to win it all. Too bad for them their defense isn't what it once was. Having the Bengals and Steelers in their division doesn't help any either.

I completely agree about the Eagles. I'll be pretty surprised if Philadelphia doesn't finish dead last in the NFC East this year.
