Over the past 11 years I have taught my wife all she knows about football. She knows a lot of the players (even by number) and has a pretty good grasp on the game... she doesn't like watching games on TV but LOVES going to them in person and tailgating. She did watch the whole National Championship game with me.... I think that's the only one she made all the way through on TV. Before that she knew that football was a game that the Browns played :)

I sometimes fear the house will burn down during an OSU game and Sushichick won't leave the inferno until the connection to the television is severed. The great benefit is I can take a bathroom break without losing track of what's going on. Sushi yells at the tv loudly enough for neighbors to keep track of the score.

My wife tries but really can't stand to watch. Not an American. Wore her Ohio State shirt today and a Woody Hayes hat but didn't watch.

Can I say that again because it sounds so bloody nice, didn't watch. Which, of course, implies that I did watch! HAAAA! Wow that was cool!
