Yup exhawg, they still make you do the invite thing. Although now they've implemented some sort of text message invite thing. Not sure how it works exactly but I personally would rather just get an invite from someone online.

K-9 is free and works like a champ. I normally get about 15-20 spams a day total between two different accounts, but K-9 filters them all.

Shit, gmail still makes you get invited? How would you like to be the loser that can't get an invite? I have 2 gmail accounts, but only use 1.

Gmail's still in Beta, so you have to get an invite. I think tomorrow's actually the 2 year anniversary of the release of GMail beta.
