Ah, another useless Friday poll.

So, do you like to wander around carrying a cup of store bought coffee in your hand? You know the type of container I am talking about where they all look like they came from Starbucks.

Fuck Starbucks. I drink home or work brewed coffee out of regular ol' coffee mug. Sometimes I carry it around around the office, but not usually. Only if I'm going to the lab or to a morning meeting or something.

The only I get coffee shop coffee, we're usually hanging out and reading the paper, so we get normal ceramic mugs. Those paper coffee cups suck anyway.

No, I use a mug,

And I usually don't walk around with it, I just hold it while having sex.

Check out my "O" face

That would be great.

Ok - sometimes I do - but only when Im going to a meeting in the AM.

From the latest installment of "NYB is a cheap bastard", $4 Starbux here in Gotham got me thinking. So I went out an bought this single cup Black & Decker coffee maker for about $16 and put it in my office about a year and a half ago. I figure the coffee and water costs me about $0.25 per day, so I save $3.75 per day. Ive used it say about 350 times, so minus the $16 sunk cost, that little device has already saved me about $1,300 in the last 18 months. Also, I can buy whatever coffee I like to brew.

My coffee mugs are OSU thermal mugs (reading 2002 NC) I got during my sons June 2004 graduation at the Shoe... It was 125 degrees and only 40,000 folks were watching the ceremony... and my troops made 25 runs to the concession stand for liquids... but everytime I grab one of the mugs... brings a huge smile... and I love to carry mine around the office....
