Do the Badgers shy away from road night games?

Scheduling night games in the Big Ten....hence the title.

Find a Wisconsin night game on the road vs a Big Ten opponent. I'm interested.

10-16-04 @ West Lafayette (5:30pm ET) 20-17 win

9-27-03 @ Champaign (6:00pm ET) 38-20 win

10-26-02 @ East Lansing (7:05pm ET) 42-24 win

wow! so really they've only been puusies for the last 6 years...

Purdue and Illinois were in the central time zone and started before sunset, so it's not like they were real night games either.

I love the night games as long as the fans aren't chucking batteries at our band. It's a big stage for recruiting, and you know the players love it. It would be nice to have a few more night games in the shoe during the B16 season though.

Not to go against the flow (but let me go against the flow).....spring games are to see what needs fixing. Then get it fixed. May I remind everyone that OSU has been Wisconsin's b**** for the last several years. As I recollect, last year they beat #1 Buckeyes (football) and #1 Buckeyes (basketball), and every other year or so in football.

I'm not a big Bret fan, but don't forget who's the AD there, the architect that built the Wiscy program up, and I'm pretty certain that Bret and his boss 'talk shop' pretty regular about football.

Naw, they'll be fine. They always lose a couple they shouldn't, but seem to rise to the occasion when OSU comes up on the schedule. Besides, looking at our schedule, it might be nice to have a soft spot on it. The Big 10 got tougher with Nebraska.....

:gobucks3::gobucks4::banger: I'm certain that Tress & Co won't underestimate Wiscy when time comes to strap 'em on, and I hope they keep the pedal to the metal until game's over instead of easing up in the 3rd quarter...

That guy happened to play his college ball in a small college town in Nebraska...some place called Lincoln, but I can't remember....:wink2:

huh? going back through the seasons, ohio state has never been under .500 against wisconsin. you have an odd definition of being someone's "b****."

I think cali was referring to the six-game stretch from 1999-2004 where Wiscy beat us four of those six games, including three of four during 2001-2004. During that span, they also beat us three straight in The Shoe, prompting the infamous "The Shoe...they built it, we own it" comment by a Wiscy QB whose name escapes me right now.

well, then he doesn't understand what the phrase "for the last several years" means. if someone says, "for the last week, i've been working out of the house," the person does not mean that he was working out of the house for a week in december.
