Hating the environment since 1994
    • I pm'ed donny awhile back and just heard from him recently. I some of you were unaware, he had some pretty serious health concerns last year that kept him from posting here.

    He said he just wasn't up to taking the abuse yet that he usually takes, is some of the abuse warranted, yes. Is all of it warranted, no.

    If you don't like him that's fine, you can put him on ignore but just wondered if you guys were ready for him to start posting again.

    Besides, tg05 is the new whipping boy and it would be interesting to see those two go at it. :slappy:
     
    I hope he's doing alright. I can't speak for everyone, but I really do miss him. If you talk to him again, wish him the best for me.

    Yeah, he was the resident whipping boy for a long time, but I would say that very little (if any) of the abuse was meant to be taken personally. (kinda like Teddy swimteam - sure we love to bust his chops, but none of us really wish any ill-will on him.)

    First, I do sincerely hope he is doing better. Second, tell him to get his ass back here. Finally, being "abused" in a forum is not a validation of what kind of person you are. Who cares what we think?

    Personally, I would prefer they both go to SNG. I don't personally hate either one of them, but I can't honestly say they don't annoy the piss out of me, either. Donny is intentionally stupid, and tries as hard as he can to be as annoying as he can. TG05, I think, just really is that...let's call it, immature. :biggrin:

    I couldn't care less, really, what donny does. I'm not sure why people actually want him here, as he doesn't contribute in any way whatsoever, but then again, neither do I...:lol:

    If he shows back up, it'll just be someone else to ignore.

    I will be happy if I never see another donny post in my life. At least if he does come back I will be able to spread around more rep by dinging him and Swim Team Teddy every time they post something stupid. Unfortunately, I can only ding each of them once a day, which won't account for all of their stupid posts. Donny is quite possibly the most useless poster that I have ever seen. (Don't get happy about that Teddy, you're number 2)

    I knew you hated him more than anyone.

    I don't consider his posts any more useless than my idiotic threads or Peaches, BKB and others rambling incesantly and hi-jacking theads on a regular basis.
