Packers take over, and Gado is stopped in the end zone, he fumbles it forward (to avoid the safety), and it lands past the line of scrimmage, right by an eligible WR.

At first, they call holding in the end zone (an automatic safety), and intentional grounding.

They come back later, call off the holding penalty (poor work by the refs here... obvious holding), and say that gado threw an incomplete pass since he was outside of the pocket.

What an unusual sequence of plays.

at halftime, I thought we were gonna see a second straight week of crappy teams putting on a good performance...

instead we have two teams struggling and doing just enough.
