I managed to take 1st place. They loved my Elves on Shelves which included the faces of all of my co-workers.
The guy that won 2nd also won Emmy's favorite. I couldn't beat making Emmy think that a doll was actually talking to her (he had set up a Skype session but had the monitor in his cubicle turned off so they couldn't see him. He then had his daughter talk through the Skype session as if she were the doll. The daughter complimented Emmy on her pink jacket, etc.). It was very neat.
