DE Nick Bosa (Pro Bowl, All Pro, 2019 ROY, 2022 DPOY, San Francisco 49ers)

Was unclear why Nick didn't get credited with a sack for his QB takedown on a go-for-two PAT? Also, kudos for the photographer who snapped the pic of Nick and Chase hugging after the game.....great tOSU bulletin board material.

For some reason they don't count stats like that on 2 pt conversions. Dumb if you ask me

Also got a ridiculous roughing the passer call.

They are actively trying to ruin the sport.
They absolutely need to protect the QB. The drop off from starters to back ups is Grand Canyon deep and the NFL game is pass based. What could be done is to call in-the-grasp far more often, but let's face it, NFL football is tied to the touchdown like MLB is tied to the home run. You give the fans what they want.

Afterthought: Wonder if Joey and Nick would ever work to end up on the 49ers together. The Chargers are always gonna be second banana in LA just like the Clippers to the Lakers.

Second afterthought: Raise your hand if you thought Sam Hubbard would turn out to be a stud for the Bengals. I'm amazed at how good he's become.

Interesting thought, I was dying to see the Bosa brothers play together in Columbus though I knew it likely wouldn't happen. I loved that Hubbard was picked by the Bengals in the 3rd round and thought he would probably be a guy that rotated in heavily, but I didn't think he would turn into the star he has turned into...one of the most important players on the defense. We've definitely churned out the DE's lately when you think of the Bosa brothers, Young and Hubbard...thinking JT is next and maybe Sawyer if he keeps developing.

"For too long, we have allowed everyone else to define the best of us as players. That ends now," a press release from the NFLPA states regarding the voting process. "This year, we made the call with the first Players' All-Pro Team. We asked players across the league to select who had the most impact this season. The players were tasked with voting for the best player at their same position and positions they line up against."

Bosa was one of two defensive ends selected for the award, along with Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns.
