I still see a misleading format. You can still interpret "JTT" as being an accurate nickname from the way I see it now. Having JT at the end (or beginning) of his name instead of the middle is my point. Putting JT directly before his last name is the exact wrong way to refer to him.

FIRST (Nickname) LAST seems perfectly appropriate.
