UNC's had staff turnover. He's probably most familiar with the ECU staff. He was under the radar for awhile, but I'd bet they've been on him a long time. Not to mention that he can probably start from Day 1 there as well.

As far as the NFL argument, if you can play, you can play. The NFL will find you.
