Honestly I'd tell a few kids that the pros love them lol...

Seriously I've never seen what others do in Latham. I thought he was a bust, then thought he was proving us wrong and then quickly thought he was a liability.

Maybe he'll be better next year but I'll believe it when I see it.

We need corners for next year (where was Hancock?) And we need a complete haul over of our safety group.

It better involve the portal because Day doesn't have time for Knowles to unfuck the talent issues through recruiting alone.

Nor can Day afford to let this clown run a defense that is so hard to pick up that we need to have a bunch of 3rd/4th year guys to field a competent defense.

He adjusted and played soft in the first half and they fucking torched on the ground and through the air Literally stopped nothing besides the Int. He came back in the 2nd half and looked much much better till about 8 mins to go he called man free and we fell down again. Then he tried soft again on their last drive and got shredded.

I don't know what you want him to do when you can't stop the run without extra people and DBs regularly fall down or get torched. He's sort of damned if you do damned if you don't. Now we'll see if the DB's or the system

the god honest truth is that we don’t have the horses at the backend of the defense

mix that with a high risk high reward scheme

and you have a defense that looks great or terrible and no in between

my knock on Knowles is a stubbornness to a system that is so safety reliant, when we don’t have the players to get the most out of the system

Yeah I don't agree with that specific call but leave a safety over the top but they did that the next drive and still got ate up in less than 2 minutes so not sure there would have been much difference other than the D giving up the final score with no time left.
