DB Malcolm Jenkins (All B1G, All-American, Thorpe Award, All-Pro, 2x Super Bowl Champion)

Alot of that is by Draft scouts, who base their opinion on projections. Malcolm has hit his peak already and has shown what he can do and that he can do it week in and week out. Vontae has shown flashes of brilliance but hasn't shown the consistency that Malcolm has. All I got to say is if I'm gonna pay someone 20mil (pocket change :wink2:) I'm gonna take the guy who I know what he's made of. That being said, give me Malcolm!

:oh:

I agree with your end result, but in my itty bitty opinion, I don't think that Jenks has hit his peak. Especially when he gets better and better each week. He has a lot more in store.

I think Jenkins has shown his max potential in certain games, and quite frankly it's pretty darn good. If he can just play with that same type of consistency then he's a sure-fire NFL starter.

Just another reason why he's the best corner in the nation. Not only is he a lock down guy against the pass but he's also physical in run support.

If anyone beats Jenkins it better be like Taylor Mays or something who's also a good combonation guy (good against pass/run)

This is a do-everything cornerback who was questioned when we offered 4 short years ago. Malcolm has done it all from starting as a freshman, to the INT TD's, to the blocked punts, forced fumbles, recovered fumbles, passes broken up, passed totally avoided, Big Ten titles, Gold Pants, and the list goes on...

WAY too much to ask that he ends up in Cleveland. WAY too much.

Some other team will be very happy spending a top pick on this BAMF.

Jenkins just might be my favorite player to watch on the entire team. There is just something about the way he plays that I love. You always see him out there having fun(dancing, the Wisky highlight had me ROTFL), talking trash and backing it up with his play(you rarely get to see how good he is because he never gets throw on and when he does he warns them they better not bring it his way again). I just love watching Jenkins play for many reasons and just can't put it into words right now. I'm sure as hell gonna miss these seniors next year on the defensive side of the ball!
