Buckeyes never did make up that ground on DeVry.
To be fair, JT couldn't close but you can't expect to beat out DeVry for a recruit like Lendak. One of the more impressive 9 star prospects I have seen.

FIFY. If you recall, he earned that 10th star when he showed out at the Bryman camp. And yet, University of Phoenix never offered.

BN $ - Buckeyes to host top target multiple times in coming weeks
Maurice Riep, Amir's father, says they will be visiting tOSU for a spring practice on either April 1st or April 2nd as well as the spring game April 16th. Amir has visits lined up to Florida State & Notre Dame in the coming weeks as well and still plans on announcing July 23rd on his birthday.

Like it. Saw on the 2017 thread from a quoted article that Ohio State would have to old off TTUN north for Amir. I don't see that being the case. I know Amir really liked Sparty because they were the first to offer and I know he took an unofficial last year (Oregon game, I think).
