David Lynch's Lost Highway

matz2

Sheeeeeeeeeeeit!
I hadn't seen this movie since it was first released and I re-watched it tonight. Can someone explain what the fuck I just watched!?!? Who was the guy with the video camera (Robert Blake)???? Even though the movie didn't make alot of sense, it was still pretty sweet. Definitely Bill Pullman's best movie and acting job since Spaceballs! :p

I have no idea. I bought the sound track as soon as it was released, despite not knowing anything about the film, just because the track list looked so bad ass.

About three years ago I finally saw the movie. The only thing I was able to take from it is that David Lynch is still as whacked as always.

Yeah, the soundtrack kicks ass. I am not a big Marilyn Manson fan, but his cover of "I Put a Spell On You" is classic. Probably one of the most haunting songs I have ever heard. My wife freaks out when she hears the opening screeches (from "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre").

I watched this movie when it first came out and got so confused by it that I actually stopped watching it halfway thru. I love David Lynch's bizarre imagery but it just wasn't enough to keep me sitting thru the torturous plot. I always tell myself I am going to try it again, after having read so much about it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
