David Bowie injured at concert

I heard about this on the radio the other morning and the way they described it the actual sucker stuck to his eye. Obviously it was more than that. Did the stick actually puncture his eye or did it somehow get caught between the eye and the socket or the eyelid? The radio guy also said David Bowie was stuck in the eye when he was little and that is why he has two different eye colors? Sounds weird to me.

Now for his next single, "I'm Afraid of Norweigans."
