    • they are doing a show on catching sexual preditors online. they setup a "sting" to get guys coming to the house planning to meet 13 YO girls or 14 YO boys, absolute sick fucks.

    About ten years ago, my then teenage daughter inadvertently came into contact with one of these animals while chatting in a Christian chat room. The Christian group eventually shut down the group and the supposed teenager that she was in contact with built up a fake identity as a teenager and eventually asked for telephone sex in what was supposed to be a "happy birthday" call.

    Paedophiles are everywhere and if you are a parent you need to be observing your kids chat logs and to be involved in their lives to understand the kinds of conversations they are having. Kids need to understand that you are not judging them or belittling them in their naivete, but rather that there are a lot of people out there who are real pros.

    I think Dateline should be commended for doing what they have done and exposing the supposedly "normal" people who engage is this disgusting behavior.

    That was the best- he looked dumbfounded when he realized that he'd been caught naked on TV. What an idiot.

    Does anybody know about any legal ramifications from Dateline doing that? Can they record those guys without their permission? Can any of this be used against them in court?

    Not that I'm siding with those sick fucks, I was just wondering.

    I saw that segment.

    The naked guy in the kitchen was the best, and then they caught him the next day doing it again!!

    Quit possibly some of the best television I've seen in awhile.

    i believe that the 1st crime happens when they ask for anything sexually explicit, and the 2nd crime happens when they walked in the house because it shows intent, which means that dateline is allowed to film it because they are catching a crime.
