Dan PATRICK ON 1450?

Anyone know what happened to Dan Patrick on 1450? I came home from 8 weeks in Maine and his show is gone. Not that I'm a huge fan, but I like the mix of national and local sports talk.

What gives?

Average IQ of 1460 listeners dropped about 15 points.

1460 always goes local during football season, don't they? I definitely prefer homer Spielman and the constant Buckeye coverage over Patrick, who doesn't know a thing about college football and just recycles the daily ESPN talking points.

Dan Patrick was not very good, T.O. this T.O. that. All New York, LA, and Boston. The show really went down hill when they added Kieth Oberman for an hour, which was pure crap and a big ego trip for the two of them. Give me a local show with hosts that are better and that talk about teams I care about.

Me too. I don't listen to National Radio to get in depth coverage. I listen to it for entertainment value. He can piss off any easy mark, i.e. college football or Steelers fan, at just about any time, and provide three solid hours of entertainment.
