I was referring to the Bowl itself, which I guess is the SBC Cotton Bowl now. It's tied to the Big-12 through 1/1/2010, but I know the Metroplex folks were hoping to get into the BCS rotation after the Cowboys have their new stadium.High Lonesome said:Could they even call that the Cotton bowl? So your telling me that mack reminds you of coop? surely you jestThe way Texas fans seem to regard Mack and the team reminds me of how everyone, during my time in Columbus, regarded the Bucks and Coop.
Having a classic Rose Bowl matchup is one of the reasons I'm so psyched for this season. I watched my DVD of the '69 Rose Bowl last week and would LOVE to see another OSU-USC matchup. It'd be nice to see the Trojans cough up the ball as much as OJ and Co. did back in '69 too.I do think that the Rose Bowl having a Big Ten/Pac 10 matchup for the NC would be very exciting.
Sure has, but at least we're still talking football here and not about hams againBucknut319 said:Man, did this thread get hijacked or what?!
