Also fire hitting coach and then pitching coach resigns. D-Backs hire a 34 year old guy who has never coached at any level. The new coach A.J. Hinch was Director of Player Development for the D-Backs. The D-Backs passed over candidates such as Mark Grace and Kirk Gibson to hire this guy.
