Custom Made Miniature Football Helmets

I was wondering if anybody on here or knows someone or a site that can make miniature football helmets that are custom made. I used to have a Piqua Indians one, and I want another. please help!

He's actually making me a figurine of myself. idk when i will order it due to getting shirts for football, mini helmet, tattoo, and the figurine in the next few months. but im excited to get all.
