My swing feels like an unfolding lawn chair.
funny story today at buelah race track in grove'tucky. there was a race about to start and all of a sudden i heard some hilljack hootin and hollerin about how "ow you're hurtin my arm" we looked down and track security had a guy in a submission hold face first into the concrete. everyone from inside came out to watch. he kept yelling about how much they were hurting his arm. at this point his brother, who was in a wheelchair wheeled up to him and started to yell "fuck you this is the derby i'm not going to jail for you" then the guy who is held by security is still struggling to get out of submission so his brother (in the wheel chair) to calm him down rolled up, grabbed him by the hair and proceeded to slam his brothers head continuously into the concrete face first. afterwords, the guy was bleeding, so his bro used his sleeve to wipe away the blood. (like any good grovetuckian would do) at this point everyone on the balcony is cheering and making bets on how long security can hold the submission. i was giving 2:1 that they could keep him for over 5 minutes. OVER 30 MINUTES LATER, the cops finally arrived. by this point some asian chick had come out of the crowd to be his legal representative (talk about chasing ambulences). so finally the cops got him off the ground and took him away.
The question remains, will this guy own beulah by this time next year because of a lawsuit? we think that he has a great case. the security guards should have had cuffs (afterall, they had a gun and they mased him originally), there was no reason to keep him in submission face first into the pavement for over 30 minutes. he had been mased and no one made an effort to towell off his face. i couldn't imagine having mase on my face for 30 minutes. Dorm or any other lawyers care to weigh in? this guy is obviously trash, but i really think he has a case. BTW, he was super fucked up!
