This dream is very telling...I've made it my life's work to analyze dreams. This one's on the house.
The secretary wants you to invite them (her and her fiance) over for dinner. She wants their relationship to be accepted as a de-facto marriage. It bothers her that they aren't married yet.
She's worried that he is having an affair, but not really. It's just something she thinks about sometimes but she doesn't really believe it. Interestingly, she thinks this is with you, not with your wife or one of her friends. She suspects that you are a little light in the loafers. That's why you came into the room and consoled her, which would generally be the territory of her closest available female friend, or any female, really. This is also the reason she thinks you are having an affair, your wife is only involved in this dream because she is a victim- like the secretary.
The cleaning lady and your son is where this gets interesting....The secretary thinks that her fiance wants your cleaning lady (the other secretary) to impregnate her with the spawn of the devil using a mop handle and turkey basterYour son is the beacon of light that will prevent her child from becoming the 'son of the beast'.
Or maybe she just wants you.

Some serious advice, run like hell! Life is too short to get wrapped up in this kind of stuff. When they start telling you that you are in their dreams, trouble is on the horizon big time!
