I can't find one, but unless there's a "blackout map" linked to a game (like on this page), then it's available nationwide. The only time GamePlan games aren't available everywhere is when they're regionally broadcast on ABC/ESPN and thus won't be on GamePlan in those areas.

For what it's worth I emailed both WCPO & ABC directly to air my displeasure regarding the choice to show the Okie/Tejas game in Cincinnati.

Hawaii's first game is unclear, but I'd guess it's UCLA/Oregon based on the partial footnote.

They've updated it when I've used it.

E-mail them and tell them they should include the maps on their schedule page.
