I spent 6 hours at my orthodontist's office yesterday getting prepped for surgery. His admin assistant forgot to book my pre surgery appointment so they called me in at the last minute and I had to wait while did what they could do around what they had to do for the scheduled patients. I had some loose sleeve and brackets which took extra time, got out of there around 7pm. He also recently canned his experienced help, they were getting too big for their britches, now he has a bunch of girl just out of school that he's training. At least they're hot.

Getting ready to hit the sack. I gotta get up about 4am, shower, get my shit together and be at the hospital by 6am. My surgery is scheduled for 7:30am pacific time. I guess I should be nervous but I'm not.

I'm back, it all went well, the nurses were very generous with the morphine and they weren't bad looking either. I swollen, numb and drooling but at least people are used to seeing me drool. I'll be on Ensure for a couple of day before I'll be able to move on to pureed food.
