Who is supposed to be pissed....and who are they supposed to be pissed at?You motherfuckers pissed yet?
All of us. Everyone.Who is supposed to be pissed....and who are they supposed to be pissed at?
The virus is running things now so getting multiple treatment and vaccine options will remove that large impediment to the economy and sports going forward.
That's what I'm talking about: the assumption that "multiple treatment and vaccine options" will be found, as if there isn't a disease we cannot conquer.
What's the plan if they're not found? Hide forever?
Should I tell him that science doesn't require belief?Jake: "What's the plan if they can't find a cure?"
Taos: " I vote for science"
What the actual fuck?
Well you either believe in the science or you don't. I have always believed in "science". Science gets my vote.
Don't quote me if you're just going to give a non-answer like that one. You "believe" whatever you like but it doesn't change the fact that we don't have cures for everything.
Then there is this fun fact - coronaviruses are not stationary targets. They evolve, mutate, shift, and drift. Your vaccine may work on some strains but not others, like the annual influenza vaccine. The ever-popular "until there's a vaccine" (insert closure/cancellation here) could go on for the rest of our lives.
So I'll ask again: what's plan B?
There is more than one "plan B". But clearly, a "plan B" is probably just treatments that prevent a death and wearing a mask during flu season. Obviously a vaccine is what most people would prefer as that would be less an imposition on peoples lives rather than ending up in a doctors office getting treatment and staying home for a couple weeks. Just alike a flu case. We live with the flu every year.Don't quote me if you're just going to give a non-answer like that one.
