What lockdown procedures would have been fully accepted and agreed upon, and then stuck to for multiple months?

Treat the ill/unhealthy like a hurricane or tornado is coming their way would be a good start. Would have reduced death by 95%. Yeah? In other words, targeted plans vs. blanketed plans. When there is a hurricane headed to New Orleans, we don’t evacuate Columbus.

But people stand out and watch tornados, and that's when they actually know they're coming. This one arrives and we don't find out for days/weeks. And many will not care and feel it's their right to risk their lives and those around them who were trying to shelter.

Either way, you've just proposed a very inconsistent lockdown system. And if it is successful, will be viewed as unnecessary and stomping on constitutional rights to defy.

Do you ever have an original thought, or do you just mindlessly repeat what the mind control box in your room tells you?
Taos would be much happier in the old USSR. Let the government control you and do all the thinking for you. That way he can never be right or wrong about anything. All his successes or failures in life could be directly attributed to Brezhnev. He would have to trade weed for vodka, but he would get to wear some awesome winter hats!

Is it consistent now? Not interested in consistency, interested in efficacy.
