Tennessee perpetually underachieves in bowl season...Penn State has blown them out of the water the last 2 times they played, and the 1993 Tennessee team was WAY better than this one.

I think both can win.

I think Wisconsin has the most winnable game of all three Big 10 vs SEC matchups. I watched Arkansas in the SEC Championship game, man they are awful!

That game was not representative of Arkansas - or it was because of the Florida D. In any case, they will be a load for Wisky.

Just to chime in on Wiscy - Arky...
Arkansas' defense doesn't impress me. Their offense is very gimicky. It's worked alright so far, but it has a good potential to backfire as well.
Wisconsin is largely untested, but I like their lines. I think if Stocco plays a solid game they'll match and overtake McFadden.
