Computer Problems- Missing w32.exe ?

I keep getting this eror after rebooting and I have no idea what to do about it. At just about the same time I get a virus warning saying my computer has skatbot.a.exe or skatbota.exe or something like that. Does anyone have any idea what this is or how to fix it? I'm at work now but I will try and post more info tonight about what its doing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That seems to be what it is. Thanks for your help. Now I need to figure out how to get rid of it. I have etrust security but that doesn't seem to come close to touch it. I'm currently downloading all updates for Spybot Search and Destroy so that I can run that when I get home. I'm looking for any other suggestions anyone might have for something that might remove this. Thanks!

Google for Ice Sword - this may work if your standard set-up of Spyware / Malware / Trojan Horse evictors does not do the job.
