So, there’s a ton of Easter Eggs in this Matrix 4 trailer, but the edits are so quick they’re hard to make out. My favorite two (so far):

The scene where new young Morpheus offers Neo the choice between the red and blue pill takes place in a cinema. It appears the movie playing is the original Matrix.

In the scene where Trinity screams and shows echos of herself, the echos are some other actresses. One of them appears to be Asian (shown twice), and the one on the furthest right appears to be Christina Ricci.

As much as I love Batman Begins and TDK, the fight sequences, apart from the club scene in TDK, were very lack-luster.

If The Batman can fix that bit, along with not having an over-the-top raspy voice, then it should be a solid flick. I do like how they appear to be portraying The Riddler, which basically amounts to a domestic terrorist.

Yeah, the fight scenes in the trailer reminded me of some of the scenes from the TDK trilogy. The fight scene in the club, for example. I really just want to watch something different, though. I'm pretty god damn tired of superheros.

EDIT: I like TDK a lot. I just don't want to see a movie trying to do that exact thing again. Even has the same bad guy.
