Catch him...put him in golf cart on a closed track and give everyone he victimized one shot at him. Rig some C-4 on the cart in case everyone misses...

He must have noticed one/some of his guns were missing... guess they can not find him, having his name/pic/body dimensions/etc. prob. isn't going to help either...
Why did the police let that leak to the media? I think they might have scared him off... they prob. could have caught him at home if they were hush, hush about it...

My son in law played Football for Grove City (all district in fact). Just found out this morning that one of his team mates was none other than - Charles McCoy Jr.
