Columbus Apartment advice

Great site! I'm going to be moving to Columbus in a few weeks (former Clevelander) and I'm looking to rent an apartment while I become more familiar with the area. Can anyone tell me where the undesirable areas are? I would like something that is:

2 bedroom
Quiet...do not want paper thin walls
Built in washer and dryer
900+ sq feet
Would prefer electric heat to avoid an the extra gas bill
Prefer that water bill/sewer/trash be included in the rent
Good community. I don't want to be in an area that has break ins, etc.
Would prefer it be outside a school district so I don't get hit with extra tax.

Looking for something with less than a 15 minute commute during 8AM and 5PM to and from this location near E 5th Ave and Brentnell Ave:;http://www.mapquest.com/?version=1.0&hk=2-uI54MSdg
Reasonably close to places like Wal-mart, Best Buy, Grocery stores, shopping etc

Places like Westerville, Bexley, Reynoldsburg and Gahanna come to mind. Not too far from work, and I am able to avoid the 71S traffic in the mornings.

Is anyone familiar with Remington Station located at 5415 Turtle Station Westerville, OH 43081? Those look nice, but can something similar be found for less than $850/mth + gas?

Anyone familiar with Westerville Commons?

i used to live in olentangy commons. i'd rather live in tom beaver's basement with half of it sublet to mark may.

governor's square and fox and hounds are decent enough apartments right off of 315 by olentangy river road.
