Colorado 38 at Toledo 54 (final)

how can you possibly get worse than taking a beating from Toledo

Getting beat by any other team in the MAC this year.

Don't knock Toledo. They're gonna be as good as they come in the MAC this year and they have a history of knocking off some decent BCS teams in the past (scUM, #9 Pittsburgh a few years ago to name a couple)

I know Colorado is Colorado and Purdue is Purdue, but Toledo did put nearly 500 yards of offense and 31 points on the Boilermakers. Next week is the trap game for the Bucks coming off the SC game, and Toledo looks like they might be game.

Hope they take Toledo more serious than most of us probably do.

im not really knocking.......

they arent just losing though, they are getting their asses ran off the field

I guess Big 12 teams shouldnt travel to Toledo, if I recall they beat Kansas in Toledo a few years ago

I know Bob Davie is just saying shit to keep the broadcast going, but him actually saying he read somewhere that USC has 4 1st rounders on their o-line is a completely bullshit lie.

Why you ask?

We all know he can't read so there's no way he actually read that.

Their offense has to be respected but I think we can pressure the QB pretty consistently. Their defense is a perfect recipe for our running game to get healthy. The letdown from USC will keep it closer than it probably should be.

Earlier in the broadcast they said it was supposed to be Colorado/Miami OH, but Miami backed out to play Kentucky in Cincinnati.

Gotcha, heard it wrong.

Whew! They still dodged a bullet in not having to play Miami! :tongue2:

Seriously, if you can't beat a Mountain West team (CSU) - why even bother scheduling a MAC squad?

Here we go...it's a blowout so now we get to hear how badly we're going to lose tomorrow. Gee, maybe we shouldn't even show up? :roll1:

Beat ISU in the Glass Bowl too. Granted not saying much, but still a BCS win.

you know your defense when you intentionally interfere with a guy and he still catches the ball relatively easily....

FIFY

I don't know what is more pathetic: The 'Buffs or the opening games last Thursday. Toledo does have a nice looking offense though. Of course Bluffton College might have a nice looking offense against this defense too.
